We are a community-based group  in the St. Louis and Metro East communities and growing!

Community Helpings Produce co-op is a way for members to pool their money together to be able to have us purchase fruit and vegetables at wholesale prices, having its members volunteer to unload, sort, clean up at the delivery site. Please make yourself aware how the co-op works.  When you “check out” you agree to pick up your items “on time” as specified by the group you are ordering from, so please verify your order in detail, before continuing to the final payment stage.  An email confirmation will be sent to the email you have listed on your account upon a successfully transmitted order within 90 seconds.

There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES, but if you don’t like it, there is no commitment to participate again. For all items you purchase including the co-op produce basket, you are responsible for inspecting these items AT your pick up location, and PRIOR to leaving your pick up. This is your responsibility as a co-op member. Our volunteers spend their time sorting your produce as efficiently as possible. Due to the amount of produce, these items tend to move around in the bag. It is your responsibility as a co-op member, to inspect and/or re-organize your bag so no damage is done to your items. If an occasional "not of good quality" item is inadvertently sorted into your basket, then you must contact your group leader on site. Spoiled or damaged items cannot be dealt with once you leave your pick up location. "Extra" items purchased are sometimes out of stock at the warehouse (this does occasionally happen)  will be credited or rescheduled for the next shipment, (this is not an AUTO credit) you must contact your group leader prior to leaving the pick up location to arrange this.  Your group leaders will submit that info to the co-op admins.
